You are considering a vintage WWII USGI M1 Carbine Bayonet. It’s in excellent condition for its age and has light wear from usage, storage, and handling. The blade has not been sharpened, and the scabbard has no severe damage concerns. The original finish is still intact, and the stacked leather looks great. It has an M8 Scabbard made by BM Co., and Utica Cutlery Company manufactured the Bayonet. These were manufactured during World War 2 and were used as a fighting and utility knife, as well as were attached to the front of M1 Carbines, M1 Garands, and eventually, through the years, the M14 and M16.
