Winchester Model 72 Bolt-Action 22 Rimfire Rifle

You are considering a vintage Winchester Model 72 Bolt-Action 22 Rimfire Rifle. The rifle is in all-around good condition with no standout issues. The metalwork has not been refinished and still sports almost all of its bluing — there is some very light-speckled surface rust and a few scratches along the length of the barrel. The hardwood stock is in good shape with a few deep dings and gouges from storage and handling — it does not have any cracks and has not been cut down — the buttplate fits snuggly. The barrel measures 25-inches in length and includes its original front blade sight and read adjustable leaf sight (note: it is missing its elevator) — the bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling — it is chambered for 22 Long, Short, or Long Rifle. The receiver was drilled and tapped to put on a Weaver T1 scope mount.
