Winchester Model 24 Side-by-Side 16-Gauge Shotgun, 26″ Barrels

Winchester Model 24 Side-by-Side 16-Gauge Shotgun, 26″ Barrels

Up for sale is a vintage Winchester Model 24 Field Grade Side-by-Side Shotgun. Chambered in 16-Gauge 2-3/4″ shells with 26″ Barrels. This double-barrel shotgun shows even where throughout. The metalwork retains above 50% of the original bluing, with most of the wear on the high points. The wood forend and stock are smooth and without checkering; they show even wear, scarring, and dings throughout but no significant damage or breaks. Please note; the barrel has a few areas with denting, two of which can be seen from the inside of the bore. These dents are approximately 1/4 inch in length, 2.3″ and 6.2″ from the muzzle. The bore of both barrels is bright and shiny, with some fouling near the chamber on the left-hand side.
