You are considering a vintage Winchester Model 12 Complete Receiver Assembly & Stock Set, Chambered in 12-Gauge. This receiver set is VG to Excellent; It’s above 75% with moderate finish wear throughout the metalwork along with minor oxidation in a small area. The wood is above 75% with typical even wear throughout including nicks and scratches and no significant damage. Please see the photos as they will be the best guide to overall condition.
