  • Details: Approximately 4.5k of these 1st models were made between 1902 and 1906 — The Ladysmith was the go-to defensive carry weapon for women at the time — It’s extremely lightweight and features a milled recess rear sight notch and what appears to be a very rare front sight configuration, as most of these revolvers have a standard fixed blade while this example, in the writer’s opinion, appears to have a sweat-on Marble’s Sheard Gold front sight – this looks to be factory installed as evidenced by its seamless appearance –
  • Condition: Very Good; the metalwork retains about 40% original finish, showing most finish loss on the barrel and other wear and marring on the high points; the black hard rubber grips are VG showing minor wear and very small dings; The bore has strong rifling and scattered minor surface corrosion; The mechanics appear to function properly, however, as with all used firearms, should be inspected by a competent gunsmith –
