A smaller, more compact version of the 1860 Army, this revolver features a stout 3-inch barrel, checkered birdshead wood stocks, color case-hardened frame, and fluted 6-shot cylinder. Also featured are a short gold-tone front sight blade, a cut-out rear sight “V” notch on the top of the hammer, and a blued barrel and cylinder. It is chambered in .44 caliber and uses a #11 cap. It utilizes M6x.75 thread nipples and a brass loading tool, which are both included, as well as the original factory packaging and manual. An R&D conversion cylinder, which allows for the use of smokeless .45LC .45 Schofield ammunition, is accessible for this model. The condition is Like-New, showing only minor blemishes, including an approximately half-inch scratch on the left side of the barrel. Overall this gun is above 95% — the bore is in Excellent condition bright and shiny with strong rifling.
