You are considering a vintage factory original British Pattern 14 Enfield Rear Volley Sight — This sight is marked “7” and “5”. This was installed on the left side of the rifle to enable a platoon of men to engage targets ranging from 1,500 to 2,000 yards away. The condition is Good, showing typical wear from regular use, and has a minor divot on the outer edge of the eyepiece. The metalwork retains above 75% of the original blued finish.
