  • Details: Made from 1911 to 1913, this side latch variant is sometimes referred to as the Standard or Old Model, whereas later variations are known as the New Model or 1910/14 after undergoing many design changes; This pistol features a checkered wraparound wood grip, a large button release for manual safety, a front blade sight built into the barrel and dovetail “V” notch rear sight, and comes with one magazine –
  • Condition: Fair to Good; Considering the age, this pistol is in nice shape, the metalwork retains around 50% bluing, showing wear, marring, and finish loss on the high points; the wood shows heavy checkering wear, a dark patina, and no visible cracks; The bore shows fouling and darkness that follows the grooves and retains strong rifling; The mechanics appear to be working properly, but as with all used firearms, should be inspected by a competent gunsmith –
