You are considering a vintage Japanese Arisaka Type 99 Barreled Receiver. It’s in good shape for its age with typical wear from usage, storage, and handling. The metalwork is in decent condition but the bluing has some staining. There is no significant damage or concerns. The receiver was made by the Nagoya Arsenal with serial number 609. It includes its trigger assembly, bolt stop, front sight post, and a partial rear sight that’s missing its leaf but includes its spring and base. Its markings are visible and look nice and it still has its mum which seems to have light marks etched through it. The barrel measures 25-inches in length and the bore is bright and shiny but has some minor fouling and pitting. Pick it up today to repair or complete your Japanese Arisaka Bolt Action Rifle.
