You are considering a vintage Hans Romer 1936 P08 Luger Holster. It’s in good shape for its age with moderate wear from storage and handling — no deep cuts, gouges, or deformities. The stitching is white and all original — the belt loops are in good shape. It is marked Hans Romer Neu-Ulm 1936 along with the Waffenamt WaA181.
