Complete Bren MKIII Machinegun Parts Kit

Complete Bren MKIII Machinegun Parts Kit

You are considering a vintage Complete Bren MKIII Machinegun Parts Kit. It includes everything you see pictured and is in the greatest shape you can get for a parts kit. Properly de-milled, but in the best way possible. It is a Bren Mark III (3) with a correct Mark IV (4) barrel that was converted from a Mark II (2). It’s chambered for 303 British and has everything you need to get this gun up and running quickly. The cuts in the receiver do not include the bottom metal channel nor are there any cuts in the gas system itself. The wood stock, pistol grip, and carrying handle are in good shape with no issues to worry about. The metalwork, spare the cuts, is also in really good shape for its age with very little usage and handling wear. The barrel is minty with a very crisp bore — bright and shiny with no fouling or pitting and strong rifling. It was manufactured in 1955 but not converted to use 308 (7.62x51mm) ammunition.

  • Manufacturer: United Kingdom
  • Model: Bren Mark III
  • Serial Number: NSN
  • Year of Manufacture: 1955
  • Caliber: 303 British
  • Action Type: Open-Bolt Magazine Fed Gas-Operated
  • Markings: The only standout markings are the date and gun type printed on the left-hand side of the receiver. Otherwise, all the markings are internal; such as the British proof stamps and broad arrows.
