Cabela’s Pietta Model 1851 Navy Cap & Ball Revolver | 36-Caliber | Black Powder

You are considering a vintage Cabela’s Pietta Model 1851 Navy Cap & Ball Revolver. It was manufactured by Pietta in Italy for Cabela’s and is a replica of the original Civil War era six-shot black powder revolver. It’s in new-old-stock condition and has not been fired through. Likewise, the metalwork is in excellent condition and has no issues to note — very light surface scratches from handling and storage. The wood grips are holding up nicely with some minor dings — no cracks or significant damage concerns. The barrel measures 7.5-inches in length and includes a front bronze cone sight with a rear notch through hammer sight. The lever and plunger function just fine and lock up nice and tight. Similarly, the hammer and cylinder have sound timing and function as they should.
