You are considering a Benchrest .22-250 Gewehr 98 Rifle. This rifle started life as a 1914 Spandau Gewehr 98 however, at some point, it was converted to the current Single-Shot, Bull-Barreled, Heavy Stock format it exists in now. The custom stock is in very good condition with only minor wear from usage. The bluing is in overall good condition with some blemishing forward of the stock. And the bore is shiny with strong rifling. The barrel is 26.5″ long. This rifle features dovetail mounts forward of the receiver for mounting a scope.
